Why was my email blocked by your service?
- The email was actually not blocked by Cloudmark. Cloudmark Sender Intelligence provides sender reputation information to service providers. It is likely that the IP address your systems is currently using has previously sent spam or other abusive email content, which garnered it a negative reputation. This negative reputation is likely the reason why the email server that you were trying to send to has blocked your message.
What can I do to enable my email to be delivered again?
- Complete the IP statistics reset form. You should receive an automated email confirmation message.
- Respond to the email confirmation message.
- We typically process requests within one business day of receipt.
